I have struggled to find time to exercise since having my daughter and lack confidence in weight training. Frances was supportive from the very beginning, during our consultation she made me feel at ease to try new things and get back into working out. She is a mum herself so I really felt she understands the hurdles of making time for myself. She is flexible and we squeeze in circuits when I have small windows of time. She is patient explaining new movements to me and makes working out feel fun and positive. Frances has helped me a lot because she explains things in ways that stick, which allows me to be more effective with the time we have and commit to getting fitter and stronger.
